Registration Waiver

  WAIVER: I am the parent/legal guardian of the above wrestler and give permission for him/her to participate in the Nutley Raider Youth Wrestling Tournament on Sunday, January 19, 2025. I understand that the physical and life threatening risks involved with my child’s participation and fully assume responsibility for these risks. I hereby hold harmless Nutley Parks and Recreation, Nutley High School, wrestling coaches, referees, trainers, and any other volunteers from any and all claims incurred as a result of this event. My signature below confirms my understanding with these conditions:

I understand that there are no refunds that are not approved and requested by the tournament director and by accepting this waiver I understand that my knowledge of this policy will be used on behalf of the tournament if I request a chargeback from my credit card company.
